[Elecraft] K3 Tuning Knob (was: K3 Tops the List!)

Beware...
Initially I installed just one felt washer. After a short time I
noticed the tuning knob was binding against the plastic panel.
This can cause scratching of the surface.

I put the other washer in place and that gave sufficient spacing,
however when the knob was turned it made a rubbing noise.

I raided the XYL's material supply, and made up 2 washers from a
softer felt. Problem solved.
