[Elecraft] View frequency spectrum easily - CW on K3, etc

Doug,

Now there's a thought!

And instead of plain CW, I think that I can send (audio) CW at whatever 
waterfall frequency I select. Think it'll only work if I use the 
keyboard for generating the CW though. Copy by ear as usual, or just let 
HRD help out since I'm already at the same frequency.

I'll try it out ... the spectrum display and easy QSY into an open niche.
