And if nothing else, the K3 manual has been out since September or October. 
While we all waited (and continue to) for our K3s, there's been plenty of time 
to examine the diagrams and instructions to figure out just what will be needed 
to interface the K3 with our individual stations.  I'm not trying to be 
condescending, but even if the K3 had a completely new mic pinout, there's been 
plenty of time to prepare for it, if one so chose to do so.
