[Elecraft] K3 Sidetone Volume

It is on the list Dave.  But please don't expect every request to show up in the very next 
firmware release.  It's just not possible.

The MON level was cut back some for a reason.  Once that issue is sorted out, I believe 
Wayne will kick it back up again.
