Hi
Has anyone measured the current drain on their K3 when it is
Off ?

I have measured 7mA.

Is this typical ?

It's probably a moot point anyway, at least in 6 land. The loonies inn Sacto
are now promoting the power utilities having remote wired control of all
your home electronics systems so they can kill your power if you need to cool
off on a hot day or keep your clock in the microwave running. Maybe most of
you are old enough to remember how they were so anxious to ram the "all
electric" home down our throats - man what a dismall failure that was. Now it's
ethanol with 1/30th the efficiency of gasoline (at the same price?). Since I'm
into farming, I can tell you what it's going to do to the price of food from LA
taco shells to Brazilian Beef.

Oh well - pardon my rant for the month! back to my all solar station work.
