[Elecraft] [K3] Owners Manual Errata

[WA6OCP]

Being able to choose and set a tuning power level (not for internal) for
external tuning is great.  I now have mine set up for 1W to tune my LDG.

For the CONFIG addendums, I wish the [T] had been added for tech mode items. 
Took me a moment to guess that I needed to enable tech mode.
