[Elecraft] BL2: Heating and ventilation question?

I just recently prototyped a Lexan enclosure for the BL2 and was asked by
others on the list how much heat could be dissipated by the BL2 and if
ventilation was necessary.

I figured I would post to this wonderful list and solicit some fine
commentary on the matter.
