[Elecraft] KPA won't go over 12 watts

Hi Mike:

I just went through the same thing.

Make sure you have the CONFIG set up correctly for BOTH:

You need to set CONFIG:KPA3 to "PA NOR" and
CONFIG: KPIO3 to "nor"
