[Elecraft] K3 TX EQ

Thanks for checking that Don.  I'm not in front of my radio so could not verify what bands were actually 
used now.  I wasn't aware of that change and will update the FAQ this evening.

BTW...you already can adjust the TX EQ setting during transmit.
