[Elecraft] TMP connectors for K3 cal.

Dears,

as it was hard to find the TMP connectors for making the calibration=20
of K3 in Czech even in nearest EU I tried to looking for distributor=20
world-wide.

For all who would like to make coaxial cable for calibration of K3=20
instead of some temporary solution there are useful information:
