[Elecraft] VFO-A Dial not working :-(

Someone not too long ago was mentioning they had a problem with their
module and they switched the VFO A and VFO B modules to prove it...
If you do that and the problem moves to VFO B then its the module if
it stays at A then you have a front panel issue.
