[Elecraft] K3 and USB1/serial interface

I got mine to work once I started setting the serial port configuration to
one stop bit not two. I believe the recommendation for the K2 was for two
stop bits, and some software (including mine until I found that one worked
just as well on real serial ports, and also worked with USB ones) may use
two for the K3 as well.
