[Elecraft] Possible added K3 feature

I was thinking that it would be nice to have a menu selection that would
allow you to select a power output by mode. This would enable those that use
an amp to easily switch modes Ex. SSB requiring slightly higher drive power
and CW requiring a lower drive level. We already have a menu option that
allows one to select power output by band. What does everyone think of this?
