[Elecraft] CW mode AGC Slow-Fast- no different.

I believe that I read somewhere in the manual that when decoding, the 
AGC defaults to slow.

IF TEXT DEC DO OFF 
ALL WELL SLOW-FAST CW WORK CORRECTLY
