Steve,

If you have the TX EQ set for a corresponding rolloff, then the answer 
is yes.  Currently there is only one TX EQ that applies to all modes.  
Someday (soon) you can have separate TX EQ settings, but right now, TX 
EQ is TX EQ no matter what.
