This is the only mic I have in the shack.  A Heil Proset using the adapter.  You can make one quite easily.  In fact, you could leave off the foot switch PTT if you are just using VOX.  Works very well with the K3.  I think I am using an HC-5 too.  Don;t really remember.

In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply.  If you don't have any Common Sense - get some Common Sense and use it.  If you can't find any Common Sense, ask for help from somebody who has some Common Sense.  Is Common Sense divine?
