[Elecraft] 60 M transmit problem on K3

My "UK" spec (if there's any difference between UK and USA versions) K3 
transmits all the way down to 5.150, on VFO A or B (it's a bit dirty on 
the analyser that low in the band though) so I don't think you need to 
open it up!
