[Elecraft] K3 Setting 1.00 mw with KXV3 for XV144

Why are you setting the band to 28 MHz? You should have set up the
transverter band first. If you had you would presumably have 144 on your
display and not 28.

It appears from what you have indicated you are telling the K3 to transmit
1mW on 10m from the normal antenna rather than to use the KXV3.

If that is not the case, then perhaps you have the fault I had, which was
the RF Choke on the transverter power detector board not being soldered
properly.
