MONDAY & THURSDAY EVENINGS   0100 UTC on 7.190 MHz
That's evenings local time in the Americas. In Europe, it's Tuesday  
and Friday mornings

SUNDAY   1800 UTC on 14.316 MHz
You may need to tune +/- a few kHz to look for the net. If you don't  
hear anybody, please call it yourself -- There isn't always a regular  
net control present.
