[Elecraft] Need MARS info for K2 construction

There should be no differince in construction or tuning. The only question
would be if the NMC MARS freq's are within the capabilities of the K2. It
will tune slightly out of band but not much...
If you want, I can check mine into a dummy load and report back to you.
