[Elecraft] radios on airlines

Many times, carry one radios are "swiped" with a small pad that is then tested for whatever should not show up.

Checked bags with radios are many times opened and checked.

The bad news of this the re-packing of the radio is sometimes haphazard and not as good as you did.

I am called on to fly with ham radio, video cameras, and laptop computer.... which should I check because

they all can not go in carry-on? In Delhi, the bag guys stole the camera and computer but I was carrying

the radio.... Delta Airlines who refused to replace anything.
