[Elecraft] K3: Desired AM mode improvements

And when will "spark" be implemented??? After all this takes us back to the very origins
of Amateur Radio and it should not be allowed to die! No other radio on the 
market addresses this mode and Elecraft now has the opportunity to
correct this over-site!
