The best way to learn this is to use it and experiment.  There is no 
correct, objective answer because of the psycho-acoustic perception 
variation in the population.  What sounds OK or even good to one person 
may be exceedingly irritating or nerve-wracking to another.

The "T" value indicates the length of the FIR filter being constructed, 
  Lower values are longer filters and may be thought of as less aggressive.

The second value indicates a mix of processed and unprocessed signals. 
Lower numbers have more unprocessed signal mixed in, so they will be 
less affected by the processing but have a lower limit on achievable 
noise reduction.

And since the K3 is an SDR, this is all subject to change as the 
firmware evolves, or due to customer feedback, or ?
