[Elecraft] K3- TX off frequency

OK, G4AON and I had a rather difficult QSO this morning and having
spoken on the phone last night and then on 3.775 SSB, we agreed we
both sounded the same, both K3s reading 3.775.000 and I reduced the
DSP to 1.8 and set NR at F1-4 because of the noise.

So, I'm thinking those who say I'm off frequency may have a problem
their end - obviously not K3s :-)

Thanks to those who responded offering a QSO.
