My company has been selling a product for some time. Once a guy called 
and said that he wanted to buy it for the old price, and he had a 
several-years old magazine with an ad in it.

"Well," I said, "the price has gone up since then."

"It doesn't matter," he responded, "I have the ad so you have to sell it 
to me at that price!"

Right. It wasn't April 1, either.
