I have.

I got sidetracked (not willingly, mind you). I'm about halfway through 
a final check to reconcile the manual with late firmware additions. 
I'll try to post it before Tuesday, when I'm taking half a day off. I'm 
turning 50 that day, and I've earned a little break  :)
