         Yes, it's been in such popular rigs as the TS-930S
and FT-1000MP since their beginning.  Full break-in (QSK),
Semi break-in (or VOX) and PTT (or MOX).  Indeed there's a
place for all three and thanks to Elecraft for listening.

         I like the quote from Wayne I recall shortly
after the K3 was introduced.
