I like the idea of a book.  But lets not stop there, how about a 
documentary video, or better yet, a suspense drama movie with the title 
- A Secret in Aptos, or something catchy.

Then we can start discussions about who will play the parts of Eric, 
Wayne, Lisa, etc.
