Chris,

Are you trying the direct link?  The file names may have changed when 
the 'web-res' and 'hi-res' manuals were introduced.

Go the the Elecraft website - click on the link below the K3 picture and 
on the page that loads, right click on the link for either the Web-Res 
manual or the Hi-Res manual and select 'Save Link As' - that should put 
a copy of the .pdf file on your computer.
