At the bottom of every message, you will find a link to the website
where you can maintain your subscription.

You think you get a lot of email, I'm probably subscribed to about 20
email reflectors and get over 2000 emails a day.  I use the power of
my email client to ease the task by creating filters to put them in
appropriate folders and to take care of spam.
