  Call the FCC Denver District Office (303.231.5205), ask to
  speak to one of the Public Contact agents and relate that
  experience.  They may have some advice for you on how to
  proceed.  A written complaint may be required, but see what
  they say.

  There is no reason why you have to put up with that disrespect
  from a company whose products cost almost as much as your ham
  rig.

  Pass my hellos to the whole staff from me.  It's been a
