[Elecraft] No power out on SSB with microphone

For the past couple of years my K2/100 been was working fine, and it still works with PSK31, but I noticed a few days ago that when I connect the mic I get no measurable power out on SSB. I'm not sure what has caused my K2 (ser. 03082) to stop putting out any power when used with the mic (MH2). The mic's PTT button will key the rig in CW mode, and sideband is working fine with PSK31 (Reverse RTTY mode on the K2 menu). Since I very rarely use phone (voice) mode, the mic is in "like new" condition.
 
I'd appreciate any suggestions for resolving this.
