[Elecraft] K3 - Possible Show Stoppers

First of all I am a SSB rag-chew operator and very interested in the
K3. Have had many of the rigs on the market in the last few years
and like the features of the K3. I have 3 questions that may be show stoppers for me.

1. Fan noise: How loud are the fans, what rig do they compare to. In
a long SSB transmission which of the 4 speeds will be engaged? The fan noise in some rigs is not acceptable to me, like the Icom 706 or
Yaesu Mark-V 200 watt version. A lot of rigs are ok, like the IC-756 PRO, TS-870, IC-775 or Mark-V Field.

2. RF in Transmitted Audio: My shack is not in an ideal location, it
is on a second floor with my beam antenna over my head, so sometimes
I have issues with RF getting into the transmitted audio. Some
radios work fine (with some work) like Icom & Yaesu, and some have
problems like Ten-Tec. With this said, has anyone tried the K3 in a
high RF environment?

3. SSB Transmit Key-up Spikes: Some solid-state amps do not like key-
up spikes. An example, I have owned two Yaesu FT-920s and my solid-
state amp would not tolerate the key-up spikes in them.

Thanks for your answers,
