[Elecraft] K3 - Speech Access

On behalf of a blind op in Australia who cannot post to this list:

How easy would it be to use the K3? Will there be a built-in frequency / 
mode / settings announcement option? How would a blind op. learn where the 
buttons are? Would another Ham create a brail chart?

Software developers such as myself can always use the DB;, DS; and IF; CAT 
commands and speak the results in a Windows program. By sending DB;, DS; and 
IF; regularly we can inform the user of change as they happen.

Answers please, also if there's anyone out there with software suggestions 
for blind ops please post here or to me privately.
