[Elecraft] Computer-based PSK31 with K3

Has anyone tried to use DgiPan or WinPSK with the K3?  I'm in Data Mode 
A, PTT set to DTR and RTS, input to line-in. Clicking transmit on either 
program - the K3 will not go into transmit mode. Both programs 
configured to use RTS and/or DTR to key the rig. Ocasionally, I see the 
transmit LED flash for perhaps a tenth of a second.
