I never had a virus that was as bad as an Antivirus
program... 

Keep a GHOST image and simply restore as needed...

In Spysweeper go to the windows system tab and uncheck
the auto shield for exe programs.  The system should
then ASK if you want to continue when you attempt to 
run an exe file.  That's what I had to do and it
worked fine.
