[Elecraft] Microphone adapter

In reading the online version of the owner's manual I came across an item 
that seems incorrect.  There is mention on page 26 of an 8 pin to 3.5-mm 
adapter cable for use in connecting a microphone to the rear of the K3.  The 
text refers to a later page (42) which gives the impression that more 
information about the cable will be found there but I can find no mention of 
the cable on that page.  Is it written in invisible ink?
