[Elecraft] K1: Internal Battery Pack

I am thinking about replacing the KBT1 pack with  one of the packs from ONLY 
BATTERY PACKS either the 10.8  (9 cell) or 12v  (10 cell). As with the Sierra 
I once had, a speaker is not essential to my  operations and will remove 
altogether. These packs come with connectors to  facilitate  install/removal.
