  The late Greg Milnes, W7OZ, ARRL Northwestern Division
  Director, DXer, good friend, and long-time club member, used
  75-ohm hardline, "the big stuff" discarded by the cable
  company, to go up his three 120-foot towers with no
  problems at all.  Isn't is nice to have a real 1500W PEP output
  into that sort of setup!

  For his "day job". Greg was a Judge of the Washington County
  Circuit Court, and was "the man behind the curtain" as to why
  hams throughout the county never got hassled about tower permits.
