Does Elecraft build their own modules or are they contracted out to a 3rd party?   

IS keying for CW done with relays or with diodes?

Since serial number 31 was a kit,  is there a second production line for assembled units, or do they only have one production line for both kits and assembled units?   If they are  working on kits and assembled units on one production line then it will be some time to get the first production run shipped assuming a production run is 200 units.  

Looking at this as an outsider,  and based on the fact that #31 was just received by its owner,  it would seem most of orders in house will not be shipped out until sometime next year.
