[Elecraft] Quarter inch sticky pads don't stick

Alternately you might try double-sided foam tape (the thick stuff) in 
place of the (now unsticky) rubber pads. Just be sure to leave the 
protective non-adhesive cover on one side.

> If you don't have THIN double-sided tape handy, before you accidently 
> peel off the adhesive, CHECK to see which item (backing paper or pad)
