There are several product reviews on various switching power supplies
available to ARRL members on the ARRL web site. The January 2000 and
September 2000 issues, in particular, did a number of comparisons
showing noise spectrum. Based on those reviews, I bought an Alinco
DM-330MV. It has a knob to adjust the switching frequency in case
there is a noise problem, but I haven't found any noise that either
my K2 or my TS570D can detect. I also have a MFJ-4103 which I use for
travelling with the basic K2 (very small, 120/240 volts input) and
haven't had any noise issues with that one either.
