[Elecraft] Just finished my K2, now a K3 question

I just upgraded to general class last month and finished my K2/100 the same weekend. I have been running psk31 on 20 meters quite a bit. I have been into SWL and utility monitoring for some time, and the K2 has one of the best receivers I have ever used.
Now, I have to have a K3/100. I do have a question regarding 6 and 10 meter FM operation. Will the K3 do PL and offsets for repeater operation?
