[Elecraft] K2 & linear

I have a K2-100 that I want to hook up to my recently refurbished Heathkit SB-200 linear amplifier. Has anyone already done this and, if so, be willing to share the hook up configuration.  I also use the KAT-100 auto antenna tuner but may have to by-pass it when using the linear.  Any help will be appreciated as the K2 and other modern rigs don't have a readily identifiable ALC and ANT RELAY connection.
