[Elecraft] KX1 improvements

Look at the db/mW ratings on the back before buying earbuds. For
example, 106db/mW is the $10 Sony MDR series that Elecraft recommends.
There are some Sony 103dB/mW ones as well that might be OK, but they are
actually more expensive. There are Phillips and other brands in the 96
db/mW range and I suspect these are the type that cause problems. I
have recently seen 112dB/mW ones for $30 at the Apple Computer store
(not Apple branded), and was tempted to try them but it wasn't
convenient to purchase them at the time. Bring your reading glasses, as
the print of these specs is usually microscopic.
