You're FB Nick! The low end of the spec was changed to 11 ohms some time
ago. 

If you have a Rev D manual, you missed it when incorporating Errata D-1.
It's incorporated into the text in the Rev E KPA100 manual.

Looking for reassurance please. KPA100 almost complete but testing Q1 and Q2
base to ground - measures 11.5 ohms - just outside the parameters given in
the instruction book page 43 (12-16 ohms). Can't see a problem but wondered
