All of the non-alpha characters in the example are represented in
standard Morse, if somewhat uncommon. (I admit, I don't know what a
dollar sign is in Morse code, but I'm sure there is one.) Is there any
reason these couldn't be used in the psk-morse translation? That would
be better than skipping over them.
