[Elecraft] K2 and microphones

Just built the KSB2 and am setting the wiring on the front panel board for my
mic. I am wiring it for a Kenwood mic but would like to have an easy way to
change this for my other mics. Are there any adapters available from anyone for
reconfiguring the wiring at the 8-pin plug for various mics? 

Has anyone had any luck with the Kenwood MC-60 mic on the K2? I would be
interested in the settings you have used.
