[Elecraft] Took one turn off all the toroids

Great Scott........I hope you *counted* the turns on each toroid instead of 
taking a turn off indiscriminately ??
My previous posting was a suggestion to check....not a direction!  An easy 
way to check the windings is to count the turns on the *inside* of the 
toroid... ie. each pass through the toroid is counted as 1 turn.
