[Elecraft] Need an IC

Hi,

I'm in need of an IC for my Katsumi keyer.  

Manufacturer: OKI

P/N: D51AO5P

Anybody have an idea where someone might find these
creatures by ones or twos?  Mouser doesn't have them.

They are pretty easy to run down on Google...if you
want to buy, um, say 10,000 or so.  Since I'm not
interested in cornering the market on these things, a
supplier that caters to the little guy would be nice. 
Suggestions?
